Rice and his team (Tino & Reggie and all the other guys) I can highly recommend. They are open for discussion, let me buy all the materials, came in perfectly on time every day, worked diligently and with precision. If I felt anything should be improved it was done with complete understanding and harmony. I’ve had Rice and his team for two projects, the third starting on Monday. They have done the following for my heritage home: sanding and painting of doors, sanding/painting/fixing cracks (properly! With mesh.) of walls; restoration of antique fireplaces; rehabbing wooden ceilings and repainting. They have also done waterproofing and cosmetic work to the facade of our home. I am certain there are many other services they will offer with great quality. As a woman often alone with husband traveling I feel 100% comfortable with the guys in my home.
