    We have had reports that Ben has done great work, but we have also had reports that he is not necessarily fully qualified. It seems he is not able to issue COCs. We feel that it is important to know this when using his services.
    “Just a note that Procraft Electrical Solutions can not issue COC’s which is required when making alterations. They explicitly advertise that they issue COC’s, but when we requested it we were told they are not licensed.”
