MMI, run and managed by Miranda Meyer is an absolute headache to deal with. The selling point is very convincing, sells an end to end, 1 stop shop solution but the reality is dire! I engaged her on a 6 week reno of an ensuite and closet. My experience was horrendous. She did not finish my project, sloppy project management, no one manages her sub contractors thus mistakes are made, often. Paid her ontime yet she did not pay at least 4 of her subcontractors, who then rightfully refused to come and work. She lied to 2 of the subcontractors telling them we had not paid her when she has been sitting with our cash for at least a month. At the moment, incomplete wardrobes (she did not pay the service provider), shower panel never delivered, no COC documents, messed our boundary wall and refused to restore it. The list is endless. She’s gone Awoll, use her at your own risk. What a disappointment! Of course, I’m finishing this at my own cost and will sue!
