My apologies for only replying now as I had to sign up in order to write my response. I really hope that the review/s that was posted here by Lucy J Smith will be removed, as it’s not a real person and all that was written never happened, it is just to tarnish my name and start a smear campaign. We are currently busy with legal Proceedings and hope to have this review/s removed. I never had a client by the name of Lucy J Smith, we also know who posted this and hopefully this can be resolved.

Please note that Lucy J Smith was a pseudonym and that Renovating Moms verified the reviewer as a client of Celeste’s by receipt of invoice and proof of payment.That said, her review has since been removed at her request after threat of defamation. there is a fine line between what is seen as a review and what is defamation and this client decided to mitigate her risk after legal letters were received from Celeste.

Does not come close to deserving this one star. Had a terrible experience with this woman. Extremely rude, aggressive and delivers poor quality, also way later than committed to. I had to ask her to leave my property evem though she jadnt finished the wotk she had come to do.

This is not the full truth. I wanted to leave but you didn’t want me to. The only thing that was wrong was that the cushions could not be used both sides which we then sorted out for you. Your headboard was perfect and your blind installation aswell. Please remember that we don’t manufacture the blinds ourselves and we were waiting on the blind. You also contacted me recently to assist you again and had a very nice conversation with yourself. It’s a pity that we could not sort it out amicably. Please remember that Renier was also there that day. His version is also different to yours. I hope you managed to sort the blind out.

If I could give less than one star I would! Celeste ripped me off, lied to me and threatened me. She is belligerent when confronted and I believe has criminal intentions. She botched my wallpaper install which cost over 14k, she didn’t upholster chairs she took at all. And delivered a headboard that was stained, damaged and not the right size. Stay away!!!

Although she has had some very positive reviews on RM, we have also received multiple complaints about working with Celeste. The business name has changed a few times, so best to check the name – Celeste Thiart. A quick google search has also highlighted some concerns.

Celeste’s Journey is not a company’s name it was actually my Private Facebook account. My company’s name has not changed a few times as my company is registered. So I am not sure why you would say it has changed a few times. I did have another business eg. Carwash ect. A few years ago that is correct and it was under a different name. I have also send you a few emails begging you to please look into the Lucy J Smith review as it’s under a fake name and form. It’s only fair that you investigate as it’s not true. By requesting proof of deposit, invoice ect. I have never had a client by the name of Lucy J Smith and as mentioned in the letter from my attorney we know who wrote this review and that the person only wrote it to create a smear campaign.
