Incompetent with truly haphazard work methods and subpar work. First meeting and project assessment nothing seemed to be a problem for him and this progressed to daily complaining of everything. At every step of the project I wondered if this was perhaps the first time he did it. Extremely dirty and untidy work space, smoked inside the house, kept leaving the front gate and door open posing major security risk, parked on yellow line and right under no parking sign etc etc. All despite being asked not to repeatedly. He also continually forgot what we discussed (from morning to afternoon). He had to redo multiple sections of the project costing us expensive tiles, time and headaches. We eventually paid him to leave and got a different team to fix all that was broken and neaten the lines. His quote was competitive which he used as a means to justify his abysmal work. As a female with a husband that travels for work I felt extremely uncomfortable having him in my home and being alone with him at times. A cliché of being too kind and taken advantage of. Strongly do not recommend using his service and hope he considers a different career path.
