I booked Richard a few months in advance because I understood he was busy. He came through the day we were moving into our new house, and did his measurements etc. I must say he really is thorough and knowledgeable.
Took him a couple of days to get back to me with a quote. I had to text to remind him(first problem). When he finally did and we agreed on what he needed to do(We were supposed to meet up to buy materials) he was nowhere to be found. Ignored my messages. Only responded weeks later asking if I was still interested in curtains. I was expecting the exceptional service that everyone raves about but didn’t get it. I was stuck with a curtainless house for weeks and had to eventually look for an alternative. Considering i had booked well in advance and had explained my situation i expected better. Wasn’t happy at all
