I signed a contract with Grant Putter, Mainly Maintenance, paid the fees as per the contract. It started off well but ended in utter disappointment. He was paid for services but never finished the job. After numerous attempts to either get a refund for the unfinished work or for him to come back and complete what he was paid for. He is non-responsive, I was forced to pay someone else to finish off

Renovation nightmare, sorry for the long post, but I need to share.
I don’t usually do things like this but I thought it’s important to share and save someone else from this.
I signed a contract with Grant Putter from Mainly Maintenance and paid the initial deposit and money as per the contract. It started off well but ended in disaster and utter disappointment. He was paid for services but never finished the job. After numerous attemtps to either get a refund for the unfinished work or for him to come back and complete what he was paid for. This fell on deaf ears and empty promises.
Not only was the job not done, I opted to purchase my own tiles, I was given the incorrect measurements and now I’m sitting with 12 sealed boxed of tiles, which is another loss.
I had to get in other people to finish the job and pay yet again, leaving us out of pocket. Some of the work I cannot finish due to the funds running dry.
Please be careful who you trust and pay your hard earned money to 🙏
