Lets Start Building
Now that the design is finalised, it’s time to start the building process. You will now have a very clear picture of how your home will look, what materials will be used and how much it will cost. No surprises and no hidden costs. Your preliminary agreement and quote will outline all the included and excluded costs. Your project will be the focus of our building team and you will be assigned a Project Manager who will oversee your project through to completion. The Project Manager will serve as your point of contact through the build and have regular communication with you and your Architect who will also oversee your project until completion, this is a value-added service that we provide our clients, giving them a surety that their dream home is in good hands.
